- Gi Beginner: Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is a Martial Art, a sport and a way of life. This program provides a comprehensive introduction to the art in a safe and responsible way, without the potentially dangerous submission holds that are used at more advanced levels. The Jiu Jitsu Basics class will safely prepare you to participate in sparring. You will learn essential Jiu Jitsu techniques with a Black Belt professor. There will be no sparring or complicated movements. You will learn a series of basic techniques that anyone can perform.
- Jiu Jitsu All Levels: Jiu Jitsu keeps you healthy by Increasing Flexibility, Strength, Endurance, Cardio and burns more calories than your traditional gym session. In our All Levels Jiu Jitsu Class, students will be introduced to Positional Sparring. Participants will acquire a better understanding of Jiu Jitsu principles. Be prepared to study the art through cooperative partner work, drilling, positional sparring and a gentle cool down stretch to close the class.
- Kids: Our age group programs teach the art of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu with a safe, fun and dynamic methodology. Our professor is a JJ world champion who has a passion for teaching the art to the next generation in a patient and empathic way.
Through movement, games, group exercises, techniques and live training, we teach Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in a safe, high energy and age group specific way.
Our goal is to prepare students for life's challenges on and off the mat, such as bullying and other high pressure situations. Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu instills confidence, work ethic, focus, friendship, gross motor skill development and a lifelong passion for a healthy lifestyle.
